Jim Henson’s World: New Visions of Puppets on Screen online program with Museum of the Moving Image.

Museum of the Moving Image hosted a virtual conversation with puppeteers/filmmakers Sam Koji Hale, Toby Froud, Raymond Carr, and Alba Enid Garcia, all of whom have made work supported by Handmade Puppet Dreams, an organization founded by Heather Henson. They discussed the state of the art of puppets on screen, and how they have been influenced by Jim Henson’s deeply humanist approach to storytelling and commitment to experimentation.
