Imagination Unlimited: The Jim Henson Exhibition exhibit opens at MoPOP in Seattle, organized by Museum of the Moving Image

On May 20th, 2017, the Museum of the Moving Image’s Jim Henson collection debuted in a traveling exhibition, Imagination Unlimited: The Jim Henson Exhibition, premiering at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle and running through January 2018. 

The exhibit tour venues include:

  • Mississippi Art and Entertainment Experience, Meridian, MS - January 10 – May 4, 2019
  • Columbus Center for Science and Industry (COSI), Columbus, OH - May 25 – Sept. 2, 2019
  • The Albuquerque Museum, NM - Nov. 23, 2019 - Apr 19, 2020
  • The Durham Museum, Omaha, NE - Oct. 3, 2020 - Jan.7, 2021
  • The Henry Ford Museum, Dearborn, MI - June 4 – Sept. 6, 2021
  • The Contemporary Jewish Museum, San Francisco, CA - Oct.13,2021 – Jan.19,2022
  • The Grand Rapids Public Museum, MI - Sept. 16, 2022-Jan.2, 2023
